Digital Marketing Producer

Reports To: VP, Digital Audience

Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000-$65,000

This is a full-time remote offering a competitive salary, healthcare, and a benefits package.

Our media portfolio includes well-known Celebrity & Entertainment and Women's Lifestyle brands such as Us Weekly, InTouch, Life & Style, Closer, Soap Opera Digest, and Women’s World. Outside of being one of the most successful publishers at newsstand, our brands are rapidly growing across digital channels, reaching more than 42MM+ unique views each month and 27MM+ social media fans through high-quality content.

Join our team! We are seeking a Digital Marketing producer. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital footprint and growing direct engagement on our brands. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing products, analyze data, and generate revenue. You must be a savvy self-starter who is highly organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build content that is designed to engage premium subscribers and readers such as polls, quizzes, puzzles, games, and interactive content. Partner with editors, designers, and developers to produce content using our 3rd party vendors tools.

  • Manage timelines and schedules to ensure content is published as expected to support marketing campaigns & sponsorships.

  • Coordinate distribution of interactive content within editorial content to drive audience engagement.

  • Support email marketing production such as building emails using templates and monitoring performance.

  • Coordinate sweeps promotions with vendors and a360media partners. Oversee communications including collection of documents for prize fulfillment and distribution.

  • Assist with audience growth tasks to support acquisition and retention as needed. Compile reports and data on audience engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Ideally with one to three years of professional experience.

  • Basic HTML skills and good eye for design/UX.

  • Adept at developing and managing production timelines to facilitate work across a variety of teams. Able to use workflow and collaboration tools such as Asana.

  • High attention to detail, excellent copywriting, proofreading, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms preferred.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
