Job Title: Part-Time Games Producer

We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Games Producer to lead and oversee the production of engaging games across seven of our web properties. As the Games Producer, you’ll manage the entire process—from coordinating with editorial teams to the technical setup and quality assurance of each game—ensuring a smooth and successful launch of fresh game content every week.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Coordination: Work closely with editorial teams across multiple web properties to draft, review, and finalize game content through our workflow management system (Asana).

- Game Setup and Integration: Configure games in our gaming partner’s back-end system and set up game pages within WordPress across all sites.

- Quality Assurance and Launch: Conduct thorough QA to ensure games are bug-free and meet quality standards prior to launch.

- Project Oversight: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective measures to keep projects on track.

- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.

- Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management or the gaming industry.

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.

- Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency with project management tools and software, including WordPress and Asana.

Additional Requirements

- Part-time availability with approximately 10 flexible hours per week.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great work.

Compensation

- Hourly rate: $20 - $25, based on experience.
